FAURECIA Pebble Beach interior study
Year created: 2016, Programming collaboration, Client: Faurecia Innenraum Systeme GmbH
For the visionary “Pebble Beach” interior study, we created the code for controlling the “Geode” loudspeaker (lighting effects and audio) and for the feedback (lighting effects and grayscale OLED displays) of the air vents in the instrument panel.
The light color in the Geode is controlled by a tablet app, which also transmits the audio files to the built-in loudspeaker via Bluetooth.
In the instrument panel, holographic foils and RGB LEDs are used to generate animations in the air vents that show the direction, strength and temperature of the air flow.
